What happens after Enrichment Activities, might you ask?


Well we clean up as usual and make sure we leave the lords house in order,

well take it as you may, our little Mischief maker ANGIE decided that sweeping the floor wasn't good enough, so she started the water fight and ummmmm yes she started the food fight tooo!!!!!
I was an innocent by-stander as was Ashley, but well she started it and we had to finish it!!!!


It was heaps of fun, and I'm not very good at backing down without a fight, but I must say Ashley doesn't give in quite easily either. Here are some pics of our little after party!
All I can say is it wasn't my fault! lol ahahahahha

Cinderella Lost her glass slipper while I was dragging her back inside to get drenched by Ashley.

Poor Marci and Stephanie were there trying to clean up while we were making a mess and being useless helpers.

AUSTRALIA DAY PARTY

We decided to Celebrate Australia Day which was on the 26th January but it wasn't a holiday here and everyone was at school so we had it on Saturday 31st January with all our friends. It was heaps of fun.

I taught all the fellas how to play rugby (they had a hard time NOT running downfield!!) and passing backwards, but did an awesome job picking it up. We sung the National Anthem, Waltzing Madilta, True Blue, Home Among the Gumtrees, i think my wife even put some Kylie Minogue on?????

(This is Terina - Its not my fault she is Australian and your in denial!) SHES AUSTRALIAN WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!!!!! LOL


We made up an Aussie Quiz and taught everyone slang words and had meat pies, pavlova, lamingtons, vegemite, fairy bread for the kids and heaps of other good tucker!!

KARENZA'S NEW ROOM

Karenza reached her goal of achieving 'First time club' (Doing things when asked the first time she's asked) and so as a reward she wanted a Tinkerbell Room Painted So Terina painted her room.

My Wife Painting the room, Shes really good at decorating.

The finished product made Karenza very happy and feel a little more girly now, rather than that drab, white cinderblock look!

DAY AT THE MUSEUM

The University of Utah has a Museum of Natural History so we decided to go seeing as though its free! We had two Clark kids with us - Travis and Awhina. We had heaps of fun and learnt lots of new stuff.
The kids stood behind these curtains of wildlife Birds and the photos came out pretty good as they pretended they were real.

Our native Huntsman Spider was also on display. He was a big fella!

VALENTINES DAY DINNER

For Valentines, the stake had a huge dinner and karaoke night. We had Cafe Rio which was really good. Of Course we had to sing and have fun. Here we are with our good friends the Dresslers and Clarks.

The Dingo Brothers!! Singing "Land Down Under" by Men At Work. It's funny how I am more Aussie now that we aren't in Australia anymore.

These drongos really butchered those country songs!!

The girls rocked the house with Tina Turners' rendition of "Proud Mary". They were awesome!!

DAY AT THE PARK

We decided it was warm enough to take the children to
the Park today and most of the snow had melted so
the could ride their bikes and get out of the house.
We had so much fun.

We were fortunate to get free tickets to the Gymnastics held at the U for our family
It was a spur of the moment thing that I thought Karenza might have enjoyed seeing as though she
loves jumping on our Couches and beds and has built in springs in her body. I think the springs are genetic because Hayden has them and it must be something that they grow into because THANKFULLY Tyla Jade cannot jump yet. So I was brave and wore my colours Blue/White BYU, and I was not about to take any rubbish about it either, deathwish maybe hahahah cause we sat in the MUSS for the U. lol No its not crazy its just Mana!!!!!! I'm not scared of anyone! lol
Ok so I took some photos and we had a really good time which lasted all of 45mins because the kids were just bouncing off the wall. Bad Idea to buy Candyfloss and Popcorn for the kids.
The girls got a temp tattoo on their cheeks which they liked, Hayden didnt want one (it clashed with his Aussie Tattoo) lol they got some balloons as well. It was a nice outing I just wish we had more leg room between the seats in front of us. Ok the Gymnasts...... All I can say is really talented.

I finally got Cameron to watch Twilight with me which is a miracle. He said he liked it! ahahahaha I turned him to the Dark Side lol.
